Tekken Bloodline Season 1 Recap
From the beginning of the series, Jin is living with his mother, Jun Kazama, in an island community. One day, he is forced to defend himself against a gang of bullies. Just when he was about to lose his temper, his mother appears and stops him. She is making him learn the Kazama fighting style and the philosophy that goes with it. Although Heihachi later declares Kazama to be a pacifist style, it is not. It simply asks its practitioners to learn the difference between defensive and offensive times. Shortly when Jin has fought the bullies, Ogre appears. While where Jun identifies Ogre as a demon, he is referred to as a Toshin or the god of fighting in the video games. Jun sacrifices herself in the fight with Ogre so that her son can escape.
Jin then travels to the headquarters of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Even after learning that Jin is his grandson, Heihachi initially shows no interest in him. However, after learning that Ogre murdered Jun, he abruptly declares that he will assist Jim.
For the next four years, Jin gets trained under Heihachi’s cruel tutelage. During this time, he gets to know Hwoarang and Ling Xiaoyu. Heihachi tells Jin early in his training that he must fight his way past the older man to leave after each lesson. The day Jin will be able to do so, his training will be complete. After failing for the past four years, Jin finally manages to bring his grandfather to his knees, signing the completion of his training.

Tekken Bloodline Season 1 Ending Explained
Jin learns about his Devil Gene from his grandfather, which he got inherited from his father, Kazuya Mishima. It is a supernatural genetic uniqueness that has been observed in members of the Hachijo Clan. Kazuya and Jin are members of the said family and possess the Devil Gene through Kazumi, Kazuya’s late mother and Heihachi’s wife. When Heihachi told Jin that he doesn’t know the source of the Devil Gene, he was lying. He knew that his wife had it. Heihachi, in fact, killed Kazumi when she attacked him in her Devil form, claiming that it was her destiny to kill him because Heihachi would become a major threat to humanity.
It was the Devil Gene of Jin’s which drew Ogre four years ago. This time, Jin is partially consumed by the effects of his Devil Gene as he fights Heihachi. Soon after, the pendant that belonged to Julia Chang’s mother begins to glow, indicating the arrival of Ogre. Although, Jin defeats the entity with surprising ease. Even when it was guessed that it’s the most powerful form of Ogre, Jin wins with the help of his friends.
