Today we’ll be talking about Kingdom Season 3. Netflix’s original and first Korean drama Kingdom, is a South Korean political period horror thriller television series debuting in 2019. The series is written by Kim Eun-Hee and directed by Kim Seong-hun. It is very unlikely for any K-drama to have a second season. However, due to Kingdom’s amazing plotline, the show has successfully made 2 seasons. Kingdom is based on the webcomic series, ‘The Kingdom Of Gods’. It was developed by Kim Eun-hee and drawn by Yang Kyung-il. Due to the huge amount of fans, the show might premiere another season as well. And, luckily, Netflix has renewed the show for another season.

Kingdom Season 3 Release Date And Expected Cast
Even though the show has been renewed, the official release date is yet to be announced by the streaming giant. Apart from that, the production of almost every project in the industry is at a halt because of the pandemic. The coronavirus has shut down shoots and filming of many series and films.
And, that can be the reason behind the delay of season 3 as well. Although it is expected that the third installment will air next year, in 2021.
The show stars, Ju Ji-hun as the Prince of Joseon, Ryu Seung-ryong as Lord Cho Hak-ju- The Chief State Councilor of Joseon and head of the Haewon Cho clan; Bae Doona as Seo-bi (A physician’s assistant from Dongnae).
Besides, Jeon Seok-ho as Cho Beom-pal (An incompetent magistrate of Dongnae), Kim Sung-kyu as Yeong-shin (A mysterious tiger hunter), Kim Sang-ho as Mu-Yeong (Prince Chang’s loyal personal bodyguard), and Heo Joon-ho as Lord Ahn Hyeon.
